Farrell Finance was founded in May 2014 by Brian Farrell, with the aim of providing funding solutions to parties looking to acquire or refinance property or businesses in Ireland & the UK.

Farrell Finance has experience of sourcing and structuring debt and mezzanine capital, building a strong track record arranging financing from £1m+. We are an independent advisor acting exclusively for borrowers. In recent years we have advised on c. €3bn of real estate debt across the capital stack, across sectors and across geographies; ranging from an investment facility on a core prime Dublin office through to a revolving working capital facility for a major Irish PLC. We have senior and long-standing relationships with over 100 active lenders across Europe.
