We are an independent advisor acting exclusively for borrowers. In recent years we have advised on c. €3bn of real estate debt across the capital stack, across sectors and across geographies; ranging from an investment facility on a core prime Dublin office through to a revolving working capital facility for a major Irish PLC. We have senior and long-standing relationships with over 100 active lenders across Europe.
